Aida Sara Cleaning Service

This was our second time using Aida's cleaning services. We contacted her for a move-in clean. She and her colleague did a fantastic job cleaning the house for us before our belongings arrived. They were punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Aida and team.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Aida Sara Cleaning Services. Over the past 6 months, our home went through some serious renovations (kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floor refinishing, knob & tube removal, window replacements, drywall repatching and painting). There was drywall dust and dirt everywhere. It was almost depressing. We were not able to walk barefoot around the house or touch the walls without having drywall dust all over you. We needed help and needed it fast. So I searched on Homestars and contacted a couple of cleaning companies. Most didn't even reply back, and the few that did, quoated me ridiculous prices (my home is a little larger than average with 3 floors, a basement, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms). I then found Aida Sara Cleaning Service. They didn't have a website like the other companies I contacted, but their reviews on Homestars were very good. So i emailed the company. The next day, Debora from Aida Sara called and dropped by to give me an estimate. She told me that their company specialized in post renovation cleaning. She then gave me a quote that was very reasonable considering how dirty my place was. A few days later, Debora and her partner came to our home and cleaned from 9am to 6pm straight. I don't even think they stopped to have lunch. They also provided their own cleaning supplies and equipment. The end result was absolutely amazing. There was no dust to be found anywhere, and believe me, I checked. They cleaned all the dust off the baseboards, door frames, furniture, hardwood floors, carpet, stair railings, walls, windows, shutters, even behind the heat radiators. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. All the stainless steel appliances looked like brand new again. They even cleaned out our trash bins and inside our fridge. We've dealt with many cleaning services before, but none were as good as Aida Sara. We are so impressed that we are thinking of hiring them on a regular basis.

Very good and professional cleaning service. After the cleaning, the stove and the fridge looks brand new. My landlord is happy with the status of the place, and I'm happy with the service too.

Aida and her crew have done deep cleanings of my large downtown condo twice now after two long stretches of not being cleaned for a while. The results have been incredible each time and now I want to have the place cleaned by her and her team more frequently as result. Each room is spotless and the kitchen appliances and bathrooms sparkle. Her team is very courteous and friendly, pleasant to talk to, and have a high standard of what 'deep cleaning' is. She was able to fit me in on very short notice and arrived punctually each time. There is a great attention to detail here, cleaning in the small spots in between surfaces and appliances far beyond the level of detail I've experienced in previous cleanings. I had only left for a few hours and it felt wonderful to come home to a clean smelling and dust-free apartment. Her rates are reasonable and negotiable for the amount of work needed to be done, I highly recommend her and her team. Very positive vibes and a pleasure to deal with, thank you Aida!

Aida is honest and reliable. I was on a tight schedule and had a very short window of opportunity to clean the upstairs apartment before the new tenants were to move in. Aida was very professional in trying to accommodate me. Aida really understood my standard of 'clean' and is really committed to pleasing her clients. On the scheduled day she was super punctual: asking if it was ok to come earlier to ensure they'd have enough time to do a thorough job.

We hired Aida and her team to clean our downtown Toronto production office. They did an incredible job in a very busy boutique office. This is why I asked Aida if she was willing to clean my own home. She agreed and I was completely impressed by the quality, efficiency and special touches that she and her team brought to my home. I highly recommend her services.

I was looking for someone nearby who would do cleaning including windows (taking them apart). Aida was personable, punctual and very thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others. She is willing and able to travel. If a job is large, she brings along a capable assistant. The service is reasonably priced. She is up front with her charge.

Aida and her team made my dull house shine. She asked what cleaning products I preferred, giving me the chance to ask for green product. She gave me a fair quote and finished the job within time. The systematic way in which they cleaned the house was brilliant to watch, but what was wonderful was the positive energy they exuded while working. I will hire her and her team again.

Aida cleaned up a four-unit rental property before we sold it. She gave us a free estimate which was thoughtfully and carefully calculated. She was willing to work around our somewhat unpredictable timetable of various trades people who were doing other improvements, which was much appreciated. I asked her to focus on appliances and kitchen cupboards. She did a fantastic job. The stoves and fridges were quite dirty, but when she and her crew finished they were as clean as used appliances could possibly be. She and her crew are not afraid of hard work and they really knew how to tackle this kind of job. My husband and I were very pleased. I would not hesitate to use Aida's services again.
