I can't say enough about Shaun! After researching numerous roofers in the Hamilton area, I am very thankful that I settled on Urban's quote. Although they were not the lowest, the reviews I read here (which were very deserved) and the professionalism shown led me to believe they would be the best choice. I was very right in my decision! I had to sell my father's house as he had moved to a nursing home and due to real estate closing dates and the demand of the purchasers I only had about a month for the whole process. Not only did Shaun ensure a wonderful job was done, but kept wonderful communications with me during the process and even went as far as sending me pictures of the work in progress as he knew I was under a lot of stress having to deal with the house sale and rushed schedule.
