When i called the guys in i had a high level idea of what i wanted but they took that, expanded on it and provided us with a 3-d drawing. we went back and forth tweaking it until we were happy with it. Once they started to build, they helped us to co-ordinate the other trades and helped us to find a couple of them that we had no referrals for. They took on some extra work as it came up on the job and kept the area as clean as possible considering the type of work that they were doing. They worked hard and were honest and professional at all times. We have used these guys at my previous house as has my parents and their neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do work on their house. The saying you get what you pay for is perfectly suited here, we had neighbors do stuff similar for less money, those pillars have sunk or the walls are now leaning as they were done cheaply.
