We purchased a deal voucher for what seemed like a fantastic value: $49 for aerating, weed control & fertilization. I made my appointment no problem and the two lawn care workers showed up early for the appointment. They did a fantastic job and my husband (who's picky with our lawn) was very impressed with the job done! I can confidently say that Enviro-Tech did an awesome job for us and we would have no hesitation suggesting them or using this company again :)

Do not use this company. Purchased a spring tune up from a daily deal site and despite numerous emails and calls there has been no response. Not even a false-promise for an appointment time or an automatically generated "we've received your request...".

I bought vouchers from Dealfind...and contacted Enviro Tech.
I have been communicating with the company since October for them to come and do the job.
They were not replying or answering their phone messages or emails...
They finally replied in Dec.....and said that they would come the week of Dec 12.....
They told us to leave out our garbage cans for the waste.....which we dragged out for them.....
And then they NO SHOWED.....and did not call.
We tried to call them in Jan....and they still have not come or called to do the job.....
So....they obviously do not want to do the job......and now there is snow everywhere.

We have been very patient with this company.......and now are tired of trying.

DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS FOR THIS COMPANY.
THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM.

I echo everything that's been said. Absolutely NON-EXISTENT service. Purchased my voucher and booked the service but they never arrived and I haven't been able to get any response. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had bought this deal for my daughter in Vancouver. First I tried calling there has been no answer then I emailed them and asked them to let my husband know as he happened to be there to phone him so he could be there when they come, they never did, they hardly clean the yard. I asked them how come they did not pick up the leaves around the trees they said they do not do the beds I was surprised becasue there are no beds. It does not make sense they pick up the leaves from the ground but not around the tress. Well they hardly picked up the leaves from the ground, leave alone around the trees. I emailed them and told them so they told me that the liming is like water so you will not see it and the amount of leraves they picked up half the garbage can. There was a can for leaves they did not put in there and they said they ahd not seen it so that in itself says they did not complete the yard. I sent them the pictures and they said they will come and do again. I told them please phone my daughter or husband and also provided them with the phone numbers. I told my husband to pick up the leaves around the trees and he did and after 2 weeks I talked to my daughter and she said no one has come may be due to the rain. I phoned the lady and she said they had come and the leaves can was not there so they had to bag it and take it with them. That is false, so this time I told my daughter keep the can for the leaves by the gartage so when they park the truck they can see it and thistime they will not say . They never showed up and secondly they never did the yard. I had told them to phone before going and they said they came and knocked at the door there was no one. I think this company is a hoax and shoudl be investigated and the complained should be filed with BBB. I have asked for my money back or the deal people. The lady who replied my emails would not even give her name until I insisted her to give me the name. VERY BAD COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANY DEALS OF THEIRS.

Value $150 - on sale for $59. After three calls from myself and many, many more from my husband (who I believe never did get an answer!), I received the second promise for service and a fellow showed up at my home in an unmarked vehicle - no sign indicating Envirotech Property Maintenance. He proceeded to mow the lawn and I believe I saw him with some kind of sprayer. My husband went out to mention that he was supposed to do the core aeration and the fellow said that he was sent to do the mowing and fertilizing? but the aeration was another package - he was just doing what he was sent to do. So, in less than 15 minutes, he was gone and we did NOT get the deal we had paid for. The lawn had been mowed on a Friday previous to the fellow showing up on a Monday or Tuesday. I had thought that this might be a way to introduce my husband to a treat once in awhile - getting someone else to do the chore once in awhile and this was his Father's Day Gift from me this year, but the absolute lack of customer service and contact, no address to reach these people and no advertising on their lawn care units leads me to believe they are a fly-by-night operation with no intention of fulfilling their obligations and further, not doing it in a customer friendly way. But, let the buyer beware - and I will never use, or recommend this 'company' again. In am in total agreement with the previous review.

I purchased a deal from one of the daily deal sites to have this company mow my lawn, clean up the clippings, fertilize and then do a core aeration. The deal was advertised as $150 value for only $59.00.

Prior to providing a review, I would like to disclose the fact that my yard was in terrible condition. One side of my yard is a dandelion farm, while the other is a moss pit. Further, I did have some lawn loungers out on the lawn & did not move them prior to the guys showing up to mow the lawn.

My experience started when I bought the deal voucher and it came with instructions to call the company to schedule the service. I called three times in one week, leaving a detailed voice message each time. A representative from the company did not return any of these calls. The following week, I called for the fourth time & left a message, to have the message returned within a few hours. They stated they were over-run with the many calls they had received as a result of the deal & couldn't keep up. I didn't care for the explanation, as the company should have time to return calls & at least schedule the appointments, rather than not returning phone calls.

While frustrated with the process of making the appointment, I decided to go ahead & make the appointment. I advised them of the state of my yard & asked them to power rake the lawn first, then do the service. I asked how much the power rake service would be, and they said it would be 2 - 3 hours & that they charged $45 per hour. They told me that the person who comes to my house would let me know ahead of time what estimated time would be, then I could either approve it or not. I told them I wanted it done regardless, but that I would like a ball park figure of whether it would be 2 or 3 hours.

Appointment day comes up & they called while I was at work. The person stated they didn't have my address written down correctly & wanted me to confirm it. I did, and then asked if I need to be home to okay the quote for the power raking, or if they could just call me to let me know if they thought it would be 2 or 3 hours. The person said they would not be power raking that day, but that he would leave a quote on my front door & he could return the next week to do it.

After the call, I went home within about an hour & the person had already been there & left. The lawn was obviously aerated, but the mowing was done quickly & poorly. Garbage cans near my walk way were not moved & the grass around it was left uncut. At least half a dozen small patches (about one square foot each) of uncut grass could be found around the lawn. There was no evidence of fertilizer used, as specified in the deal voucher, and last but not least, there was no quote left behind for the power raking.

My yard is not in great condition, but I purchased this voucher & wanted the power raking done to get started on making my lawn look beautiful. With the many attempts to get in touch with the company, the fact that they didn't schedule the power raking in advance & failed to leave a quote, as well as the poor job they did on mowing the lawn, I was very disappointed in the service. I don't believe the service they provided was worth the $59 I paid, let alone the $150 they state they usually charge for it. Based on my experience with them, I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.
