Distinct Home Inspections

We had a great experience throughout our home inspection with Marco. As we had only ever been renters before now, we really knew nothing about caring for a house. Marco was so patient and happy to take us back to the absolute basics. He made us comfortable to ask any questions we had, and gave so much valuable advice. Now that we are in our house, we aren't overwhelmed because we have a prioritized list of exactly what needs to be done and when. It was worth it for that little bit of sanity alone. Thanks Marco!
