Distinct Home Inspections

We decided to hire a home inspector to ensure we covered all our bases for our 1 year New Home Tarion warranty. We researched and then upon a friend's referral we chose Lighthouse. Marco arrived early and was professional and very informative. He took the time to answer all our questions. He walked through every aspect and explained a lot to us. We had an issue with the home and were not sure what approach to take. Marco provided great advice and professional detailed reports which we feel had a lot to do with the issues being remedied by the builder. We are extremely happy that we hired Marco.
