Called several companies but only Chris at Easy Access Garage Doors walked me through a temporary solution to lower the door until the following day when his team could arrive to see what was needed, if I hired them. The job was given to Chris who reviewed the motor and discovered a simple replacement of parts was all that was needed. His honesty in offering this less expensive repair which he guaranteed for 5 years showed that customer satisfaction was important to him. I would us the company again in the future. When Chris originally visited to assess our garage door that wasn't working correctly, he was courteous and knowledgable and provided good advice. When it came time for us to replace our garage door we called Chris, he was responsive, knowledgable, and made good recommendations. Chris is personable, honest, prompt, reasonable and very capable. He came when he said he would, did the repair efficiently and charged me what he had quoted on the phone which was for labour and parts. I questioned if I owed him for the new cable parts but they were included. We couldn't be more pleased and we highly recommend him.
