A repair was needed for a broken cable attached to my single garage door. Chris and his partner repaired the cable and under the estimated price. The door now opens/closes without any problem whatsoever. I would highly recommend Chris for all your garage door needs.

The cable on my garage door broke late in the day on a Friday, my garage could partially close but was lopsided and couldn't close all the way. Not great to have it like this all weekend. I called a few companies and Monday was the earliest service they offered. Chris was able to come the next morning. He did the job quickly and at a fair price. I am very grateful I connected with Chris and was able to get the job done so quickly.

When he told me that he could no longer repair my old garage door opener, which was over 40 years old, I trusted him to install a new one! I contact Chris regarding the repair of my 40 year old garage door. The service was exceptional. Chris arrived at my house the very next morning. I found him extremely honest and upfront with our options. We chose to replace the garage door and garage opener. The job was done within a couple of days. I was extremely impressed with this company.

I called the company looking to either repair or replace my 30+ year old garage door. Steve came promptly to my house to provide estimates to either repair the old door or replace with a new door. I decided on a new garage door replacement and Steve (and partner) came back a couple days later to quickly and efficiently install the new door. They hauled away the old door and left the garage in a clean state. The new garage door looks great and works very smoothly. My wife and I are very pleased with our new garage door and the excellent service provided by Easy Access Garage Doors.

My garage door openers weren't working properly even though I changed the batteries in all the remotes, so I was considering getting new garage doors installed. I called Easy Access and briefly described my situation, Chris was very patient and even suggested things I could do to try to troubleshoot, such as changing the batteries and checking the sensors. I told him I tried both but it wouldn't work and maybe I needed new openers installed. He told me that since my garage door opener was only 9 years he could send someone out to try to fix my current openers and ig that didn't work he would not charge us for the visit but would give me a quote for a new one to be installed. I thought that was great and took him up on the offer. The came today and were extremely courteous and friendly, they spent around 20 minutes and reprogrammed my remotes, keypads, replaced all the batteries and oiled up the parts on my opener. Turns out even though I replaced the batteries in the remotes they were still the problem.

I also forgot to mention, when I asked Chris for the price of a garage door, he told me the price they charged but also told me to look online at other stores and even offered to search for me for any current deals. I was very appreciative of the fact that he was not only pushy to sell but also cared about getting the lowest price for his customers. If I need to install ant garage doors in the future I'd definitely go with easy access.
