Chris from Easy Access just installed my new garage door opener today and I couldn't be more pleased. First of all, the system he uses is fantastic - it is so smooth and operates like a dream. Secondly, Chris is so organized and professional. He came and gave me an estimate when he said he would, booked the job quickly and then came and did it as promised. I was at work - we didn't even meet! Highly recommend him.

I looked through Home Stars garage door businesses and saw that Easy Access had many positive reviews of garage door repairs. So I texted Chris regarding my garage door which had stopped working that day. He texted me back immediately and arranged a time for him to come over the following day. My garage door springs were broken and he had to order new ones for me (because they were a thicker diameter than the typical garage door springs). He came the next day and he replaced them quickly as well as a few other issues with the doors that I asked him to take care of. Chris was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

This is my second time dealing with Chris. The first time he came by and tweaked the settings of our garage door opener and said we didn't need to replace it, with a new one I had bought, which was great news! I returned it the next day. I admired his honesty and how quickly he had come out to assess and adjust. The second time was to replace the garage door which is a very old, rusted flat panel whose roller bracket had broken off. I called him on Wednesday, he took measurements Thursday, and it was installed before I got home on Friday. I've never met him as we arranged for him to come by during my work hours, but this guy is on top of my cool people to deal with list. Very happy with my experience with him and the door looks awesome, the reinforcing looks sturdy! Just need to install a security light out before someone tags it with graffiti like our old door.

I phoned Easy Access Garage Doors to see if they could repair my automatic garage door. The garage door had fallen off its tracks and we needed help repairing it. Chris came by the next day after I called him and quickly repaired the door and voluntarily tightened the screws that fastened the button to the inside of the garage. He also told me that everything else looked fine and he didn't try to push any extra services on me.

It was really refreshing dealing with an individual who didn't try to push repairs that weren't required. Chris is incredibly honest, reliable and helpful. He even took the time to review all of the components and identified when the different parts will likely need to be replaced. His fees are quite reasonable and I would wholeheartedly recommend his company to anyone requiring this type of service.

Chris was timely and friendly. Out of three quotes Chris/Easy Access was the only company to provide the option that I was looking for which was to replace one panel rather than the entire garage door. When I do end up replacing the door Chris will definitely get my business.

After a Home Star search we contacted Chris Minakakis at Easy Access Garage Doors. He gave us a very reasonable quote to replace one of the cables on our garage door. We booked an appointment that suited our schedule. Chris and his associate were punctual and completed the job in half an hour. In addition, they oiled the runners on which the door moves up and down. A well done job ... the old door has not moved that smoothly without effort in over a decade!

They were quick, efficient and very professional. Door is of absolute quality. Very happy overall and would highly recommend!

Our garage door and opener were damaged, checked HomeStars for companies to quote on repair. Chris responded first to message and came out a few days later to quote. Since we will be updating door in the Fall, Chris suggested to put in new opener now and just do minor repair to door. We saved money by not doing costly repairs. New opener will be re-installed with new door.
