I put a e-mail service request in close to midnight Sunday night with all the details of my garage door being broken and availability next day after 1 pm to fix. Chris e-mailed me back first thing the next morning with an estimate and 5 year parts and labour cost upfront confirming he could come. I confirmed over the phone and my wife was happy with the fast and professional service. Price as quoted for replacement of torsion spring and lubrication of rollers, hinges and tracks. This is the second time I worked with Easy Access Door. First time was three years ago and they repaired one garage door for me, they show up fast and fix it perfectly. This time I made decision to replace all old garage doors and noisy door openers with new insulated doors. I took several quotes from several installer and then call Easy Access Door for final quote. Their price was reasonable also with a better product. Chris and his team started the work sooner than the scheduled time and completed all works very clean and professional.

Chris came by promptly after calling for a quote and walked me through my options. He was very professional in suggestions for our unique situation with a stone wall above the garage. We went with a double mahogany double door and Chris came per schedule by as promised to install. Chris was helpful in making sure all my worries were taken care of, in particular, making sure the door and rubber were flush to the floor to prevent mice from coming into our garage. Since the install, he's been terrific providing follow-up service and even replaced the rubber. No hesitations to recommend Chris for your garage install! Thanks again.
