Easy Access Garage Doors Inc.

My garage door openers weren't working properly even though I changed the batteries in all the remotes, so I was considering getting new garage doors installed. I called Easy Access and briefly described my situation, Chris was very patient and even suggested things I could do to try to troubleshoot, such as changing the batteries and checking the sensors. I told him I tried both but it wouldn't work and maybe I needed new openers installed. He told me that since my garage door opener was only 9 years he could send someone out to try to fix my current openers and ig that didn't work he would not charge us for the visit but would give me a quote for a new one to be installed. I thought that was great and took him up on the offer. The came today and were extremely courteous and friendly, they spent around 20 minutes and reprogrammed my remotes, keypads, replaced all the batteries and oiled up the parts on my opener. Turns out even though I replaced the batteries in the remotes they were still the problem.

I also forgot to mention, when I asked Chris for the price of a garage door, he told me the price they charged but also told me to look online at other stores and even offered to search for me for any current deals. I was very appreciative of the fact that he was not only pushy to sell but also cared about getting the lowest price for his customers. If I need to install ant garage doors in the future I'd definitely go with easy access.
