We chose this company to do the annual maintenance on our complex. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that they were going to do. The price for the work performed was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Outstanding company to work with from the initial contact with Eric walking us through everything involved, great communication before the start of the job, to today a gorgeous new roof! The team that did the installation were great. Extremely hard working, respectful, kind, quiet -no blaring music. Clean up was done everyday and today you would not know they had ever been here -so clean! Bonus they cleaned the dormer windows for me.

Been working with this company for a while now. We have few Apartment buildings in Surrey and Abbotsford and we call them if our buildings have roof issue. Excellent team to work with.

Was referred to Northwood Roofing by a neighbor and called them first thing Monday morning and they came by before noon. Repaired a tile and did a thorough inspection. Made several recommendations which we will be moving forward with. Crystal at the front office is excellent to deal with as well and I feel I am getting excellent service and excellent rate. Well done Northwood! I highly recommend calling them for your roof and gutter repairs!

Had a small leak. Very hard to identify without an attic.. called. Came within a couple of days. Very friendly knowledgeable guy came. Caulked some stuff. Later that week. Got an invoice. Explained leak wasn’t fixed. They had a guy over in a hour. And it’s fixed with a little more investigating.

The leakage into our rooms, after that horrific Sunday flooding, was very unnerving for my special needs daughter and I; just one more thing my husband would've normally handled (who passed this past year). I am so thankful my eldest daughter called Northwood the following day who said no one would be able to come out in the evening, however, Jessie was able to make it much earlier. He was very kind, supportive, and helpful; he took pictures and explained what had to be done immediately to curb the leaking which was minimal. I told him I was all set to replace the roof, granted it would have to be on my line-of-credit, but Jessie assured me we could wait another couple of years; what a relief.
