Tom did a great job with our home inspection. He was thorough, and explained everything to us in detail. The report he shared with us also outlines all his findings properly, and also shows the urgency/severity of issues. I would highly recommend Tom and his firm for home inspections.

Home Inspection review in Old Toronto

I booked Tom to do an inspection of our home in April 2023. We wanted to review some specific things in anticipation of potentially selling our home in the next few years. Tom was excellent. He provided a thorough inspection of the property inside and out and provided a coded prioritization of what needed attention. We couldnt be happier with the service from Tom at Clearview.

Tom is professional, on-time and easy to talk to

We had Tom coming over to see our townhouse. Due to some issues with the builder, we had to move our appointment multiple times, and he was patient throughout. He was professional in discovering problems in our house and writing reports.

Pre-Delivery Inspection of Condo

Thomas completed a predelivery inspection of our new condominium in Liberty Village. The resulting report was accurate and detailed, documenting several diffencies the developer needed to address prior to closing. Would definitely work with Thomas again for future home inspection needs.

Excellent and thorough home inspection

Tom did a thorough and professional inspection of a home I was purchasing. It was easy to contact him to schedule the home inspection. I appreciated the advice on what type of home inspection would be appropriate for the home I was purchasing. Prior to the inspection I had a clear sense of how things would go. I was able to ask questions during the inspection and had a clear idea of important findings on the day of the inspection. The report was thorough and included clear pictures. Very satisfied and would recommend him to others.
