Tom did an incredible job inspecting our home pre-offer on a tight timeline. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in a clear and detailed way. Our home is a fixer-upper from 1908 and was being sold as-is. As first-time home buyers looking for a place to live long term it was so reassuring to have Tom walk us through the condition of the property from top to bottom. The report he provided helped us come up with an offer we were comfortable with and now that were living in the house and tackling projects, we refer to it to prioritize work. Tom did an incredible job! I cant recommend him enough!

Tom did a thorough job. He pointed ou a few things in the interior and exterior that we needed to consider. His approach to the work and his communication was very professional. I liked that he explained and demonstrated how the thermal camera works. I highly recommended him.
