To inspire my creativity, their staff person named James and Wendy offered me expert design advice in their showroom videos and photo gallery.

I got a nice leather sofa furniture last year from Sofaland when they had a furniture sale on their Birmingham store. So far it's been great, no sagging or wearing and I feel myself very lucky to find that piece of furniture. No complaints about quality or delivery time! It was a nice experience to buy leather furniture from this sofa company.

We have, over the past 15 years, bought recliner couches from the Sofaland.com. The selection is quite extensive; not just sofas, recliners as well. The staff people, including Glynn, Michael & James, and delivery personal are exceptional - helpful and reliable. The purchasing experience, whether special order or off the floor, was easy and hassle-free. All furniture products were delivered as ordered and on time.

Brought this product and thought delivery in a week happy days when delivered delivery men very abrupt unpacked out side when brought in asked were we wanted it placed in position not asked to inspect it when they had gone looked over the product and it was a total mess cuts in the leather stained when I contacted the store the next day I was told I had have the suite a couple of days and need to take photo,s and email before any think can be done don't buy any furniture from this company a total waste of time and money

The delivery company completely and utterly neglected my parents property when delivering their sofa. They chipped their wood banister, scratched up the door frame, etc. Upon calling the company and sending pictures, all they were left with was the fact that they had signed a waiver before the couch was delivered and they were not liable for the damage. Do not use this company if you value your home. (The price detailed does not include the cost of repairs)

I ordered a corner unit online from Sofaland for my elderly in-laws after they looked at them in their Warrington showroom.
it was delivered on Monday, but the delivery men took one look at their standard size front door and told my father-in-law that he would need to have their window removed as it wasn't going to fit through the door. They left the unit in its packaging at the side of their bungalow and left. My in-laws paid to have their window removed and rallied their equally elderly neighbours to help them to get it into their property. They decided to remove the packaging outside and discovered that the unit did in fact fit through their front door without the packaging.
They had paid to needlessly remove their window when all the delivery men had to do was remove the packaging...how appalling! Sofaland is very fortunate that given the age of my in laws and their neighbours nothing tragic occurred during this uneccessary stressful time for them.

don't touch this company with a bargepole. the sofas are all imitation leather even though they state all wearing surfaces are leather. not enough stuffing in the cushions so they go flat. if you like cheap then go ahead as that's what you will get.
