We had the windows ordered to coincide with a major renovation project. We did not have a set date for the install at the time of order and requested that they call us prior to manufacturing so we could ensure we would be ready. We got a call in August saying the windows were done and that we had 2 weeks to install as they would not hold them. We had increase cost to the project to get the walls ready for the windows to accommodate them. On the date of the installation the installer removed 2 windows that were noticeably smaller and belonged to another window in the house that has an A/c unit in it. When we called the company to have them returned we were told that they would not and that for an additional $3,500 they would replace the window. We explained we just did a major renovation and did not have additional funds to do them at this time and we would just like the old ones returned. They said they are not responsible for the taken windows and are refusing to give them back. After submitting this review the company in order to not receive negative feed back told HomeStars that we were not customers. Copies of our invoice was sent in as evidence that we did indeed have this company do the work that we reported about.
