From the moment of inquiry to the actual pack and move, we were so thoroughly taken care of.

Amanda at the office was lovely, very communicative and informative.

The guys John and his team were not only pleasant, polite, nice and efficient. Everyone had a great attitude and worked so hard to get us in and settled.

We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to their jobs.

Downsizing from a house to a condo after 27 years was a highly stress filled endeavour for me. Cargo Cabbie staff are highly knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Office staff Amanda and Krissy treated each of my questions in a supportive and respectful way. Adrian and Derick worked tirelessly to pack up my kitchen, art work, lamps, etc and organized everything for the team who would be doing the move the following day. On both days I was impressed by the way each staff person worked to support all the others. On a blowing snow day Glen, Jean and Derrick carefully moved all of my belongings out of my house and then faced the herculean task of moving them into a condo with a tricky access and small elevator. Everything was placed in the designated rooms/locker. They kept me informed of every step of the process and were so very gracious. I have recommended Cargo Cabbie to all of my friends.

Expensive service but worth it. Completely professional and careful. If you don't want to worry about your move, choose these guys.

This is my second time working with them and I am extremely satisfied with the service I got. I didn't even look for other companies. Amanda and the team are very professional. My moving was stress free and quick. I definitely suggest them, you will not regret it

I don't think that my words will do justice to this amazing company. Amanda, Javier and Sebastian (just to mention a few) conducted my move with professionalism, punctuality and great service.
I have to say that I have moved many times and I was 85% ready due to some health restrictions.
A team of 7 arrived shortly after 9 and removed all my boxes. As it was a hot day we closed the door and the team of 5 stayed wrapping and protecting all my heavy wood furniture.
After a few hours they started moving the furniture to the truck and sent my furniture to their storage unit.
I will retur with my 2nd move from storage to my new condo but I am sure the service will be just as good

I dont think Im ever going to run out of words and superlatives that correctly describe both my experience and my appreciation for Cargo Cabbie, Owner Javier, Cat, Office manager Krissy; and Stephanie, Kate, Theresa and I know Im missing some more fab people so, forgive me. But I must return here again to leave yet another review because Ive had yet another fantastic experience. First of all, in all the years of having to move, I think sometimes it has been made more complex for reasons that should not be yet are at times impossible to ignore when booking as well as being in the middle of the move itself as a woman. This is simply not nor has ever been the case with Cargo Cabbie. With whom Ive used at least 10 times now over the past 15 years in moves for both myself, my business and the residences of my beloved Papa. youll never find any hidden costs, or last-minute additions, that they never told you about. Their website and online booking and invoicing is seamless. And most important the people themselves from those at the office who create a wonderful experience every time youre engaged with them to the day of the move itself with the movers themselves. Attentive, accommodating, courteous, and going out of their way to ensure safety, and that everything that you have packed has been handled with great care.

For this particular move, I had to move a substantial amount of stuff that has been placed in one storage space in my condo on a different parking level floor to a brand new storage space that was a little bit harder to enter and access (having to navigate between vehicles and avoid damage) and on a different parking level. I wasnt feeling particularly great that day, and I normally tend to drop by and supervise but in this instance, I have to leave everything in their hands and wait upstairs in the lobby. The movers completed the gig, and went above and beyond when they then gave me photos theyd taken of everything that was packed in the new storage space.

The relief I feel in knowing that when I have a move to plan, the least of my worries is in arranging the move, booking it, and getting it actually done. That is because Cargo Cabbie is like your best concierge service, clearing the way to allow you to take care of all the other things that you have to because they've got you when it comes to moving.

The moving team was careful, friendly and professional. My best moving experience to date! Would recommend to anyone.

I recently hired Cargo Cabbie to move my home. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of the whole team! From the beginning to the end, the whole process went smoothly and I felt at ease and comfortable. The offer staff is great and the movers did an incredible job! I am disabled and was evicted from my home, so I needed to book a full service move. Knowing how difficult the move would be for me, I looked for the best rated company and was willing to pay up to ensure a smooth move. Unfortunately that was not what happened.

The packing went well, but it seemed that the only member of the crew with logistics experience left after that, and the actual move was a disaster. Somehow it took longer to move one block up the street than it did to move from Kitchener into the unit I moved out of. The crew was very nice, but the organization of the move was terrible, with movers wasting hours walking my belongings over rather than loading a truck and not paying attention to the boxes I had clearly marked to go into my storage locker (which was right near the loading dock) and bring them all the way up to my unit on the other side of the building nearly a block away and up many floors.

Worst of all, the move was not completed before 6pm when my building shut down the loading elevator, forcing me to leave half my belongings in the loading dock overnight.

The staff was kind and tried very hard, but the lack of an experienced logistic planner for my move made it go way over budget, and I wound up paying nearly $8000 for an extremely stressful, unprofessional, botched move.

I cannot recommend and will not be using them again.
