He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and we were so pleased with how it turned out. Craig recommended a drain treatment called BioSmart for maintenance on our now clear drains. I used DS Plumbing for two separate jobs. As it was an urgent situation, I did not have a chance to shop around. I have to say their service was good. However, I subsequently discovered that their prices wer way above the industry nom (not to metion their mandatory dispatch fee). I have since discovered that there are many other companies that can offer the same level of service, but for half the price (and no dispach fee).

This is my second interaction with DS Plumbing over the last couple of years. The technician was pleasant,prompt and knowledgeable. He worked quietly and efficiently and was not put off by my questions and curiosity.

I just moved to Ottawa and my house needed quite a few plumbing repairs. My laundry taps and my outside taps leaked, the plug stems on all the bathroom sinks grated and stuck, the kitchen sink was very slow to drain and I wanted a new faucet installed. I called DS Plumbing based on the Homestars reviews. I was impressed with the very professional service. A very pleasant lady answered the phone when I called and booked an appointment for me. On the day of the appointment, she phoned me 15 - 20 minutes before the plumber arrived to let me know he was on his the way. The plumber and his assistant arrived, put booties over their shoes so as not to dirty my floors and did a walk through with me as I pointed out the problems. They then gave me a quote, which I accepted, and they got to work. Everything was done in a timely manner and was replaced/repaired to my satisfaction. I have a bit more plumbing work I need to get done soon and I will be calling DS Plumbing again.

We saw our employees bathroom was flooded and when we called DS Plumbing they dispatched a plumber right away. they fixed the issue and a great clean up. thanks guys!
