We called DS plumbing in emergency on a Sunday early morning (burst pipe due to extreme cold) and the pipe was repaired within 3 hours of our initial call . On-call DS staff returned our call within an hour (we were not the only ones with the same problem that day) , was courteous , repaired the pipe with minimal opening of the ceiling (which will need to be repaired anyway due to water damage) and left the area clean after work completion

Fast, friendly and the price was reasonable. I was told the total price (including the dispatch fee) before the work started. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly.

Great phone experience, estimate professionally handled, quick response, practical solution, work done to specification.

This was our second time having DS Plumbing in our home. Marc was very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt any pressure. He explained everything, with cost in detail. We have a few other repairs needed. He offered alternatives, a timeline and budget that worked for us. We will definitely have Marc back when we finish everything that we need worked on. We're looking forward to having our drains clear faster with the BioOne treatment. We've also signed up for the P.A.W.S. service. Very reasonably priced for the savings and service we'll be receiving.

No hot water in the shower, technician was very thorough with his trouble shooting and I had hot water again quickly.

While I am very disappointed in the pump that failed (Myers-take note) after only four years, Marc did a superb job in finding a replacement pump & installing it on the same day. All is good - we have water! anyone on a well can appreciate this.

Mark did a great job fixing our toilet, unclogging our sinks and fixing our showers. He also did a beautiful job installing a new faucet. We were surprised at the high price of plumbing in general, but he did a great job. We will have them back for some more work in the future. It was also nice that he checked all of the plumbing in the house and answered all of our questions about plumbing.

Marc was great, he took the time to go over the options with me after having a look and then answered any questions I had as he was doing the work.
