This is a very professional company! Alex was ver good at explaining what needed to be done and he completed the video very quickly. He was on time and we got notifications of when he would be here. Being the landlord of 5 apartments, professionalism is very important to us and Alex delivered beyond expectations.

I can't express in 30 words or less how fantastic the team is at DS plumbing; Our first encounter was with the Kinetico specialist Mike Carron who was knowledgeable, personable and well informed on wells, water and their micronutrients. Once we finalized the water softening model, pricing and service plan their installers/plumbers were back within in a few business days to install, Trevor Sisson was also extremely well informed and provided us with great information and flawlessly installed our new system. The DS plumbing follow up team, Marc Chartrand was also beyond helpful, knowledgable and extremely engaging. I would 100% recommend DS plumbing for not just Kinetico/Costco work but for the upkeep of our homes plumbing requirements.

Alex installed a sump pump in our basement. He and Mark helped us tremendously after a flooded basement.. Their professionalism, knowledge, explanation and polite manner in answering all our questions was noted. Excellent workers.. Would refer them absoutely. Thanks Alex and Mark.

I was incredibly impressed by Alex and Sara! They did a wonderful job with both sink installations and they hooked up my steam function to my new dryer. Both of them were very kind & professional. I'm an anxious perfectionist, so I had a million questions and they answered them all patiently, which helped me put my mind at ease.
Also, they both put on protective booties when they came in from the street, which seems like a tiny thing, but that kind of consideration and attention to detail really impressed me! and I'm not easily impressed Lol!!
I highly recommend this company!! They love animals too! So if you have pets and are worried about strangers in the house, then this pet loving plumbing company is for you!

Came home from Florida after Xmas to a drip through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Turned off the toilet and found a new plumber as I had lost confidence in my old one. DS Plumbing came and re-seated the toilet but the drip persisted. Opened the kitchen ceiling to expose 100 year old drain pipes that needed replacing. Alex and Sara (and Marc) did a terrific job scoping and quoting, then getting the job done. Communication was terrrific at every stage, and I am convinced the job was necessary and well done.
