Very professional people, were on time as they said they would be, and there was no issues while they were here. Will use them again when needed.

Have spoken to at least 6 other companies about a Ductless Split air conditioner for a room in our house. I had to educate them on what the units are and requirements and prices were double what they should be. Met Air Central team at reno show and they immediately knew what we wanted, had a great product and the price was exactly what is fair for the work.
They called back on Monday as promised....yes really! Booked the job for 14 days later. Called before they arrived, arrived on time, laid protective mats all over the house, did the install beautifully, cleaned up when they left and charged what they promised.

I'm blown away by the quality of the experience....no pun intended.

We have two furnaces and we could hear a loud whine from the vents. Called Air Central for service. The draft inducer motors on both furnaces were failing. The technician replaced both motors and he noticed that the condensation collection tank was leaking in one. He replaced the tank in both and did a general service on both furnaces. We had purchase an extended warranty on the high efficiency furnaces when we had them installed in 2011. Cheap investment which paid for itself. We happened to have a general contractor on site doing renos in our baster bathroom. He was very impressed by the service provided by Air Central and he has done furnace installs himself. He said he has seen draft inducer motors fail after only one year.

Very professional and clean work. Came in on a Sunday because they knew I needed the heater sooner then later. Very happy!

Fabulous company to work with. They took their time to understand our needs and our house before recommending a choice of two models and quotes to accompany them. They completed the installation promptly and then educated us on the unit, including how to set our thermostat appropriately and winterize the unit. Absolutely a 5 star company.

Air Central completed an air conditioner and a garage heater instal and both projects went perfectly. They helped setup easy financing so it was super affordable to upgrade our heating and cooling systems.

The person who gave the quote was professional and friendly and the installers were awesome too!
