Everything was as expected. Quote was most competitive that received. It was fast install. Great service, pricing, would recommend further.

Air central installed our air conditioning unit and were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommended them in a heartbeat!

Had them istall air conditioner and a heater in the garage. They had good pricing and honoured a quote that was slightly overdue.

The service men were friendly and informative. They were clean and kept the work area clean (they had to walk through the house on carpet) using mats/sheets to put down.
The area outside the home was a bit of a struggle as there was some mud and frozen ground they had to work with but they put down a board for them to keep that area clean as well.
One of the service men stayed well beyond the time anticipated as he wanted to make sure things worked 100% properly and there were some wiring issues with our thermostat.
He worked them out and was super pleasant even wit the extra work he had to do!
My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work. Cleanliness of the work. Organization of the work. And overall finished product installation. Everything is very neat and tidy.
The service man walked me through how everything was done and set up and how it was labeled and how it works!
Very very happy that we decided to use Air Central for our installation of our new Air Condtioner!
Now if only the weather would warm up (considerably) so we can enjoy our new purchase!

Used Air Central based on a reference from fellow employees who have had both air conditioners and furnaces installed by them. Also based on other reviews. Not to mention they were the cheapest of 3 quotes. They are a pleasure to deal with and very professional from start to finish.The installation was 1st class. The cleanup afterwards was perfect. Great service from all angles. Found this company at the home and garden show. We needed a new AC unit and interior piping. They were easy to book with, stuck to their quote and sent knowledgeable friendly and courteous staff to do the install. They also arrived right on time which was nice. Overall very satisfied.
