Great Service

Moving & Storage review in Edmonton

Our AC was not working and our house was hot! With overnight guests on their way. This company was able to expedite our service call and came same day, topped up Freon, and saved my weekend!

Called Air Central based on a recommendation for condo AC and was not disappointed. Showed up on time for the quote and for the installation. Great service all around from the friendliness of Shannen on the phone to Tim who did the install. Would definitely recommend them.

Air conditioning installs

Happy with the unit and workmanship. It was disappointing that it took nearly 3 hours of waiting for them to figure out my thermostat (Trane thermostat that came with the house). Could have been finished much earlier but had to wait around for them to track down someone to help.

Unfortunately it sounds like the supporting documentation on your thermostat was extremely vague and the thermostat originally hadn't been set up to allow for AC. It took a little while to track down the programming information on your specific model. A regular AC job is done mid afternoon and it looks like they ran your Visa though at 4:00 so they weren't too far off from the mid afternoon time frame that the office tells customers.

Furnace replacement and new A/C install

Raf and his crew were very efficient and professional during this install. Not rushing around trying to get things done quickly but focused on doing things properly, neatly and in the right order. When complete took the time to go over the proper operation and use of our new furnace and A/C units.
Have already been recommending your company and installers to our friends.
