Tim and Calvin from Air Central arrived on time. They were extremely professional, polite and fast. Before the installation they went through where we would like the unit and what they were going to do. When completed they went over their work with me. They explained how to maintain and use the unit. The quote they gave me was what I paid. The whole process was fast and easy. I highly recommend Air Central Inc!!

We had AC installed by Air Central in Mid -June. We chose them as they installed for our previous house. On the second day, we noticed the new unit was not working properly. Of course it was hot. At 8:30 pm I sent them an email and left a voicemail. At this point I was expecting to hear from them the next day. I was shocked that 45 mins later I received a phone call that a service person was on their way. Their was a small wiring issue they fixed upon arrival. As much as no issue would be preferable, the real point is how they responded. The unit has been working for the past month after with no problems. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service. We would highly recommend!

Tim, Shannon, and Mark were great to work with. Fair pricing, and quality work. As a journeymen carpenter and certified home inspector I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Excellent service right from the quote to the two men who came to install. They were extremely polite, clean and well mannered.

Wow! The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The company does something that I didn't experience with a handful of companies that had come and provided us with an estimate for an air conditioner; they gave us an honest price and treated us like we were family. I would highly recommend them and my family will be using them when it is time to replace the hot water tank and furnace.

I got quotes for several companies including First-Call, and Reliance. Both highly advised to NOT go with the York YCD even though it was in their catalog of products. Instead they suggested using several (incredibly expensive $10k+) options. I called Tim witb Air Central through a reccomendation of a colleague. When we met I mentioned I was looking for one of those very expensuve units. I basically opened my wallet, and asked him to take what he wanted lol. His first reaction was to ask why I though I wanted these expensive units, and I explained. Instead of taking my money and running, he spent the time to go through all the reasons why the LEAST expensive options was what was best for me and my family. He literally had to sell me on not spending my money. I trusted him, and went with the York YCD and couldn't be happier.

I would trust them with my home, family, and money every time. They've proven that their concern is not maximizing how much money they can extract, but providing the right solution.
