Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

The technician came to service my furnace as per the yearly furnace maintenance agreement which I have with Mersey Service Experts. He was very prompt, called to let me know his approximate arrival time, and completed his task in a timely and efficient manner. As I have a service contract which I pay approximately $11 per month, the only charge incurred was the cost of a replacement filter.

THIS WAS A SERVICE CALL, REGARDING OUR HEATING, IT WAS ANSWERED PROMPTLY, WITH COUREOUS, EFFICIENT SERVICE. WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED.

David came early. Did the yearly service. He was knowledgeable and kind. Even have to install my air cleaner the same day. What an awesome guy. Thanks to you David!

I wish to commend Stephen Oh for the work performed and time taken to explain to me what was done. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean. Thank you, Stephen.

Just a note to register our extreme satisfaction with Residential Sales Consultant, Rene Seguin. He was flexible with his appointment time but, more importantly, provided my wife and I with a complete education about what we needed to know about upgrading our furnace as well as the various brands available and the value of their long-standing Mersey company. He took the time to do all this, measuring the house to determine our true needs and provided us maximum fuel for thought. His presentation was extensive and sophisticated, offering us more of his time and a higher level of professionalism than the competition.

We needed a new furnace and AC Mersey sales Rep Renee was very knowledgeable and informative in explaining the different aspects as each home is different in what it needs .He took the time ,by the end of the consultation we were sold. The order was put in and on Feb 27 the team of Nick and Bin arrived to install the new furnace and ac ,The job was done a very detailed installation, a full day job, Nick and Bin were very helpful and thorough in explaining how everything workded . A big job well done great team work with all involved.March 1 Renee did followup to check installation everything checked out perfect .We would highly recommend Mersey for all your upgrades and yes we will tell our friends and neighbours. Frank was very helpful accessing our issue, and helping determine cause of an issue new to him.

My old furnace died February 6th. I called Mersey Service Experts and asked for a sales person to drop by.
Andrew Bonham arrived within the hour. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my question made it easy for me to make a decision.

Early the next morning, Bin and Anthony removed the old furnace and AC units and installed the new ones. These guys really know their business.
Any issue that came up was solved without missing a beat. Fast, neat and tidy.
I'm very satisfied with the installation.

Performed a yearly maintenance and recommended ducts be cleaned vaccumed furnace all is good for another year

furnace was slightly acting up, late in the evening,---called, and Frank came the very next day at the time promised. Parts were needed, he ordered them, came back in short order and all was well in no time. I inadvertently made a change at thermostat , didn't realize it and called back the next day thinking some was not as before. John T. came within hours, and quickly diagnosed me error. Again all was well in no time. Thanks for the prompt action.
