John Park, explained what he had completed, treated inside house with respect, friendly, replaced filter which I had, was very efficient, showed condition of air ducts.
Will not worry about air conditioner this summer!

replaced Fast stat

Frank who is super nice spent over an hour trying to figure out why my furnace fan will not run when heat/AC is turned off. Figured it was a Fast stat, replaced it, tested it and works perfectly now

Annual HVAC maintenance

Timely, informative, efficient is what you can expect from Mersey services and the techs that come to site. Every experience has been a good experience. Not a big fan of getting strapped into the "pay now" maintenance program but understand why they do it. thnx for taking care of our hvac.
