I called to report a problem with my AC unit And was offered a service window approx. 2 hours after the call.
John Park came to fix the AC, listened to the symptoms I offered, diagnosed the problem in minutes and effected the repairs. Total time from arrival to completion approximately 45 minutes.

The technician was very Professional, tidy, clean, efficient and knowledge. Took time to go through what he did in detail. Definitely, would request same tech next time.

Cory Latino (00248) called to say he'd be a few minutes late because of weather and traffic. He still made it to our home in reasonable time and was extremely polite. We felt like he did a very thorough job servicing our air conditioner. The cost is a monthly fee that covers our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater.

John T. Tech. #29 arrived right on time. He asked all the pertinent questions and went straight to work on repair. He knew his stuff as he had the coil up and running within the allotted time. he knew exactly what he was doing and was very helpful with all m questions. I would definitely recommend Mersey and Especially John. Kudos to John.

E. George, very courteous, efficient & thorough. Besides the A/C maintenance, spent additional time attending to a problem I had with an A/C setting. With undue patience (considering he was late for the next appointment) he looked after the repair/adjustment. Very pleased with his efforts.
