Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

Each year E. George from Mersey comes to inspect and service my heating and air conditioning systems. He is knowledgeable, thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure our systems are working efficiently. This year he noticed the furnace room was way too warm and sealed the areas around the furnace that were leaking heat. Great job as always, thank you!!

After a really messy and frustrating communication with Enbridge where nobody knew what was going on any more John Takla of Mersey Service Experts became the voice of reason. He was very patient with both parties, knowledgeable and ultimately corrected some mistakes made by another reputable company when they installed a new furnace. I would recommend their service to anyone as being reliable, efficient an a pleasure to deal with.

John arrived at the scheduled time and did a full furnace tune-up for us. He took the time to fully explain what we needed to do to change the filters and control the humidity settings. He showed us the long-neglected ducts full of dust, and we booked a duct cleaning through them. Mersey and their staff always do a great job, and that was a very influential factor in getting the ducts cleaned through them rather than some phone solicitor we had never heard of.

I called Mersey Service after my home heating system would not turn on. They sent a technician (David) the same day who diagnosed the problem immediately and arranged to do the repair the next day. David showed me that the damper motor was no longer opening and explained that as a safety feature the electric ignition would not work if the damper was faulty. David was professional and took the time to explain my options for maintenance of my boiler. He did a thorough cleaning of the vent and the boiler and the system is working efficiently again. I appreciate the time and care that he took to make sure the system was working well.

Emmanuel George was the service man. He did a very thorough job checking and servicing the furnace. The AC was done in Spring by one of your other service men who also did an excellent job! Emmanuel spent more than 2 hours checking & cleaning the furnace. He re-aligned the bolt holes on the air cleaner cover which none of your other service men in the past took the time to do! Furnace vibration had made it such that the cover could not be closed properly with 4 bolts! He identified that the air filter cleaner install previously & the unused one left in the Spring were not the correct filter for this expensive UV cleaner! Also,, he noted that the dehumidifier was not functioning as water was not flowing through the solenoid & saddle valves! As well the UV lights were only half functioning and should be replaced! He did a thorough and excellent job identifying the problems as well as explaining them!

Pat, the service technician was prompt, courteous and thorough.
H took his time inspecting my furnace and provided me with a detailed explanation of it's condition.

He answered all my questions in a friendly manner.
