Called Sierra Air for a Tuesday a.m. appointment.
Showed up on time. Genuine, reliable information was given on the status of my A/C which after replacing the capacitor was up and running again.
Would definitely recommend Alex for honest reliable service to anyone’s Air Conditoning problems.

We were referred to Alex at Sierra Air as our original air conditioner had died during the hottest week of the summer. Alex explained the options to fix or replace the air conditioner. Alex identified areas in the initial install where the previous installer had cut corners which had caused the air conditioner to fail prematurely. Before proceeding with Alex we obtained a second competitive quote and the person confirmed all of Alex’s recommendations for the install but they could not match the cost nor the timeliness of the install. Alex installed the air conditioner exactly as discussed on time and cleaned up completely when finished. Thank you Alex – we definitely recommend Alex and Sierra Air.

Sierra Air did a fantastic job on the installation and follow up of the unit installation. There were problems with the calibration of the unit from the factory and their tradesmen were able to follow through and get the job done.

On one of the coldest days of the year this year (2015) my furnace decided to give up the ghost. I called Alex at Sierra Air Limited, as he was recommended to me.

He answered my phone call personally, and was at my house the same day to check out the situation. He presented my options (fix or buy) and was very upfront about costs, warranty, etc.

The next day, Sierra Air was at my door, ready to install, and I am very pleased with my purchase, and more importantly the service.

Venter motor on furnace needed to be replaced. Sierra Air let me know what the repair was that was needed, and proceeded to get a price before doing any work. This allowed us to make an informed decision which was to then go ahead with the repair. Work was done quickly and I was notified as soon as it was done. The repair has been very effective and there has been no need to follow up. It was done correctly the first time and we are very pleased with the workmanship, the courtesy of the employee who repaired it and we have used Sierra Air in the past. Never disappointed!
