I was very happy with the job they did on my roof. It was a bit of a difficult roof to do. They showed up and got right to work. There was no unnecessary down time. The roof was stripped and re roofed in 2 days.
One down fall I can say is the way they handle the billing. They don't accept cards or other easier methods of paying. I mailed a cheque and it took over 2 weeks to get to them, which they never got. I ended up putting a stop payment on that cheque and wrote another one and they came to pick it up. If they would have taken a card it would have been so much easier. That is my only complaint with Hubbard Roofing & Exteriors.

We had severe ice damming that required replacing shingles, sheeting and insulation.
We had a few quotes and Hubbard was in the ball park but was far more professional and responsive.

They were the same throughout the work, very communicative and responsive and despite a few surprises kept to their original quote.

My husband and I would like to express our complete satisfaction with Hubbard Roofing, who replaced the shingles on our roof.
They asked if they could make a proposal and we said "Yes". The person came with a large folder which he explained page by page. We were impressed by their philosophy of operation and the ethical standards by which they operate. The procedures of the work were explained in detail and the financial arrangements clearly described, so we knew exactly what the cost would be.
They called to be sure the dates for the work were satisfactory. The shingles were delivered the previous day, On the specified date, the work began with a number of men removing the shingles, which was done by noon. The new shingles were installed that afternoon. While they were working, large plastic sheeting was spread around the whole house so that nothing could drop unnoticed and the flowers and vegetation were protected. A day later, Don Hubbard came to inspect the site, including going up on the roof. Everything was done in a timely manner, cleanly and expertly. We highly recommend Hubbard Roofing and Exteriors

Our Calgary home received extensive hail damage last year. Writing this review after the fact as I wanted to ensure the quality of work. Well year later, no leaks from the eaves, and no problems with roof repair. Really appreciated the additional support that was provided with our other property. Our experience was very positive, from start to finish, well done!

Hubbard had previously replaced our skylights and done an excellent job, so when it turned our roof had major issues due to a poor replacement about 15 years ago, we hired Hubbard again. The work was done quickly and well. We had some issues with the crew damaging some fascia, but Hubbard remedied the damage immediately and we were very satisfied.

We used Hubbard Roofing for some minor roofing and siding repairs this summer. The initial consultation was very thorough. They walked through the scope of work with us and provided logical/reasonable suggestions to achieve the desired outcome. Scheduling the work took a bit of convincing on our part to have Hubbard send the siding and roofing crews on the same day, however this was achieved.

The repairs were completed within the quoted time and dollar amount. We addressed some quality issues we noticed with Hubbard after the work had been completed, these issues were addressed quickly and at no charge.

Overall, the quality of the repairs were really well done. We will consider Hubbard again in the future.

Hubbard installed out roof 14+ years ago. Developed a leak this spring under flashing which had loosened. Within a day Tyler was on our roof assessing the cause of the leak. Our roof is still in great shape but due to loosened flashing when raining and windy water was tracking inside ceiling.
Hubbard offers a roof service where they will fix any spots that need attention like securing flashing, checking for any other issues. As well they installed new eavestroughing to ensure that run-off from the roof is diverted past the flashing; and repositioned / replaced a couple of the other downspouts.
All in all the work was completed within a few days of my initial contact and I was very pleased with how efficiently my roofing issue was dealt with.
I would highly recommend Hubbard Roofing.

First of all this is our second roof installed by Hubbard. Their representative contacted us in the winter because, based on their records, our roof would be nearing the end of its life. Their representative visited our home to give us a quote and explained the available options for re-roofing (our roof is low slope which presents some additional challenges with ice dams)
We were contacted by the project manager and materials were delivered on the expected date. Work started on the expected date and was complete in 2 days. The work area was kept exceptionally clean and I have found no garbage or nails on the surrounding property.

We have had Hubbard replace our Roof Shingles 3 in the past 25 years and have always been very, very satisfied with there work and employees. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

On time, on budget and beautiful work . After the harsh winter we decided to replace the roofs on our house and garage and update/ replace all fascia, soffits and eavestroughs . We called Hubbard after reading very positive reviews online and so happy we did. This process went seamlessly from start to finish. Cody in sales met us at our house, he was well prepared and professional. He emailed a very thorough quote to us shortly after the meeting. Great contact from the office to schedule the work crews. The roofing crew (Josh) replaced the old damaged wood, installed proper venting and the finished product is beautiful . An added touch was Jim Hubbard coming by to personally inspect the work once completed. The fascia , soffit and
eavestrough work is incredible (John & crew). We now have fully functioning eavestroughs and venting , and a huge improvement in the overall look of the house. Crews arrived when they said they would and left the area very clean . We would not hesitate to recommend Hubbard Roofing .
