Our home looks beautiful. We had a very short list of corrections for our 30 day warranty with tarrion! Things like paint touch ups mostly....so really nothing unexpected! We are really happy with our home, and we look forward to spending many years here, maybe forever!

We had an amazing experience building our dream home with Cityview Homes! Family and friends of ours told us about all these things to watch out and expect, from over priced upgrades, delays in closing, poor quality etc. What we can proudly say we didn't have absolutely one issues with our house and the team a Cityview Homes was excellent to work with! Every walk-thru we had was done excellent and all questions and concerns were address in a timely manner. At any point during the building if we expressed a concern or worry, the team at Cityview Homes helped us through this right away and took a lot of stress off us. The day we got the keys was such an exciting day for us and our families, Cityview Homes meet us at our house and handed over the keys to our new beautiful home! As we noticed slight imperfections we couldn't be happier with Cityview Homes and fixing them promptly and correctly the first time! We happily recommend Cityview Homes as your first and only choice when looking to build your dream home! Thank you to the whole team a Cityview Homes!

Subfloor needed sanding under hardwood to make floor level at one location. Sarmazian doing hardwood replacement.

Our entire experience with Cityview was positive, from the initial choice of home model to the completion of our house, and work with any issues after.

A small leak in front window where the flashing needed more silicone. Also coil on garage door fell off and needed to be reattached. Both times service was done same sat as call was out in. The team was efficient, organized and professional.

Cityview Homes has provided excellent service before, during, and after construction. They have made every effort to ensure our satisfaction, through all stages of the purchase. Their staff is very personable and professional. We are pleased with the final product and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Original review was deleted. My wife and I are not in a position to recommend Cityview Homes. Our home, along with many on our street, has issues. Paint is the worst we've seen. Issue with stairs. Neighbours have leaks. Disappointed.

Five and a half years ago, we moved into our new Cityview Home and we are just as happy as the day we moved in. Throughout our entire home building experience, all the staff at Cityview were patient with us and did not hesitate to share their knowledge and expertise during the construction process. Evan, along with every other member of the Cityview team was professional and very quick to respond to our inquiries, even on the rare occasion we have called them over these past years. From framing to the finishing touches, Cityview used top quality materials and took pride in their workmanship.
Our experience building a brand new home was very positive one and we can confidently recommend Cityview Homes to anyone looking for a builder that provides great customer service and an outstanding product!
