Mark was very informative - met us at our home where we discussed our options - Mark was very knowledgeable. The price was very competitive as we contacted others. Hi there. I called mark to measure and install Custom glass for a stand up shower.
He seems legitimate..... But something was funny. He eventually contacted me several weeks later to let me know the glass was ready. VERY LATE!!!

He came to install with his wife. He was VERY unprepared. He began to install the hinges. Swearing constantly I had to leave, when the job was done I came up to inspect. He had SHATTERED both tiles he was drilling into, he blamed the tile saying it was "garbage". Several days later I opened the shower door and it ripped out of the wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called him to come fix it. He was extremely rude. Swearing at me. I had contractors come into repair it and they discovered he had only used 1 small screw on both hinges and glued cut off screw heads in remaining holes.

STAY AWAY!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE! I don't think I could offer any more caution than what has already provided by numerous others on this site and the Better Business Bureau. However, I will tell my story. We ordered over $20K worth of glass railings for our home from Mark. He required 75% be paid in several progress payments before the order was placed. He demanded the final 25% payment be in hand before bringing the glass to the house and installing. Despite receiving full payment, the work remains unfinished. He has made numerous appointments to finish but he simply doesn't show up. He no longer returns calls.

Worst experience ever dealing with a contractor. He has taken a 50% deposit and I have nothing to show for it. I have won a judgment in Small Claims Court against the owner and company, but likely will never collect. Check out the Better Business Bureau for a picture of how this guy works. Wish I had checked here first.

Not what we expected based on the reviews! Damaged door trim while carrying up the glass, messy job with silicone (on the glass, the floor and even our marble vanity). Did not come prepared, he ran out of masking tape and silicone. One pane is now loose and he's not been back to fix it for over 3 weeks so we hired someone else to fix it. Terrible, I would use someone else.
Beware of the endless limited time offer of 50% off installation. When he showed up to do the quote, he said it ended. I checked the site and it was still showing 50% off.
The guarantee is bogus.

easy to contact, flexible, called to give a 1 hr window to get to installation, took care and left everything clean, explained everythin in its stages and was a perfect fit.

Very friendly. Our doors were delivered on time. Very professional Very respectful of our house during installation. Great to deal with. Answered all our questions. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Mark was very professional and delivered the gorgeous polished glass frameless shower enclosure with his wife! The hardware was gleaming and installation took only two hours. His price was quite competitive, though we did wait a month.
