My wife and I just bought a house in Brampton. Little did we know how many problems we also inherited with the purchase of the house. An issue we rain into was with our laundry sink leaking. We called Elie to take a look at our bathtub taps as they were not shutting off. He called us back right away and is very easy to get in touch with. He quoted us $150 over the phone and in the end we paid $150. He called before he arrived, and brought me a coffee. He was early and the job did not take long. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer a lot of my questions. If we have other plumbing needs, we will definitely be calling him back.

Very impressive service provided from initial phone call all the way through to follow-up call. Service technician came within an hour and kept at the job until my Shower control was up and running, the technician, was extremely professional and polite. Very satisfied with the good service and reasonable price. Work was done carefully and good tidying up at completion. Would hire again.

I moved into a new home (new construction) and had Elie replace all my sinks and faucets (7 in total), installed my food disposer, dishwasher and refridgerator water line. I didn't like the "builder grade" fixtures. Excellent communication from day one. He always returns your calls or messages promptly. Shows up on time and works quickly to complete the job. Definitely believes in doing the job right to ensure the homeowner is happy and will hopefully refer other clients in the future. This is a true rarity in today's businesses. Working with Elie was great. He was very responsive with phone calls and was flexible when we needed to reschedule our appointment. He is professional and knowledgeable on all things plumbing! When our oversize sink turned out to be installed at a lower height (making it difficult to connect), he quickly came up with an alternate way to install our pipes.

We had an emergency leak in our shower as a pipe burst while we were fixing a minor repair, and ultimately had to shut off the main water to the house. The worst part of it was our house was being listed for sale the following day and we needed it repaired immediately! Not only did Elie return our phone message promptly, but he rearranged his day and showed up within a couple of hours. He was friendly and effiicient, and did fantastic work for a very reasonable price!
