I dread dealing in general with service suppliers, but Elie and his father are an amazing exception. Elie came, assessed what need to be done, let me know when he would do it and the costs. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional in their approach and work habits and exceptionally patient with all my questions. Would highly recommend The Plumbing Expert for peace of mind.

We had a leak in our basement. We reached out to Elie and he was able to fix it with short notice (less than 4 hours). When he arrived, he fully explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. Thankfully, the leak was fixed. I highly recommend Elie for any plumbing work.

Several plumbers looked at my basement bathroom toilet, which was not flushing, and quickly determined that I required either a new toilet ($5k for what they were proposing) or pipe work that would require digging up my yard ($10k plus).

Elie was the only plumber that took time to actually diagnose the problem. He put a camera down the central drain to look at the pipes and pulled out some materials that were obstructing the water flow.

Ultimately, The Plumbing Expert saves me a WHACK of money, simply by taking the time to solve the actual problem...not the most expensive one to fix.

My family and I recently moved into a brand new home on well water, after a day of living there we realized the water was yellow and smelled of rotten eggs. We called The Plumbing Expert and less than 24 hours later he showed up with a Water Softener, Iron filter plus UV filtration system. The water valve going to the dishwasher was leaking. I called the Plumbing Expert and Elie arrived punctually, and determined the source of the the water leak right away (he made sure to show me the defective part). He replaced the defective valve with a new one and tested it to make sure it was working properly. Problem solved. Elie was fast, professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
