Ray came within 2 hours of my call (on Father's Day Sunday) to remove the racoon's body. He was professional, efficient and disinfected the space. Ray and his team went above and beyond for my family. He agreed to service our home when no other pest control company would. Specifically, our home is three stories tall and in dangerously close proximity to our neighbor, making it extremely risky to climb a ladder. Ray serviced the exterior of our home without any problems, putting up fencing and a one-way door for the squirrels to exit. The noise within our walls had disappeared, but a single squirrel had found its way inside my bedroom closet. I contacted Ray right away, and he not only answered his phone but also safely removed it from the property that same night. I cannot thank Ray enough. I am so happy we chose this company. We redid our roof and 3 squirrels got into our warehouse. They were here to set traps the next day, caught the squirrels within 2 days and came to pick them up the same day they were caught. Their price was significantly lower than other quotes we received and their customer service was amazing! Would recommend this company to anyone.
