Pinnacle 1 Decorative Doors

I had a glass insert to my front door that was clear glass that allowed anyone coming to my front door to look into the house. I acted on a flyer that came to my door. I met john and he brought a full display to my house exactly when he said he would be there. The inserts were ready before the date that was quoted and John offered to install them early. The job was completed on budget and earlier than expected. I am so totally pleased about the product and the installation. A very fair and honest tradesman. How rare??? Thank you!!!

I have one of those double entrance doors with wrought iron design, unfortunately my son accidentally broke the inner glass of one of the door. After calling up numerous glass and door companies to get this repair, no one wanted to just replace the broken glass, they wanted me to by new design for both doors. i like the desing i have and just didnt want to get rid of it. I continued calling around and found John from Pinnacle 1Decorative Glass and with just a 2 min conversation, he assured me that the glass could be replaced, he came out the same day, took out the glass and replace it with a temporary glass, came back 3 days later with my repaired glass. very professional and informed about his business. Our experience with the purchase and installation of our front door decorative glass was smooth from start to finish. John came with his van to our home and showed us full-sized samples of both stained and wrought iron glass and was very patient as we chose our favourite. He came to install it and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL both from inside the house and from the streetview. It allows more light to enter our foyer and brightens up the whole main floor. Not much to tell. John was recommended through another trade. Came to the house on date arranged, showed us samples - approx. 1 week to 10 days for the glass. He came in less than 10 days, inserted the glass and the door looks fantastic. Would definitely use John again.

Dealing with John was great! I heard from the next day, and we set up an appointment to see the glass options he had available. He showed us a few he had with him, and we chose one from there. Our next door neighbours were observing and chose a pair of inserts for the front doors as well. John was very helpful! We chose a very unique look, and John guaranteed that he would not install the same inserts in our neighborhood. He said he did that for all his clients. This was a huge relief to us, as we wanted a unique look, and not one you see on everyones doors. John installed our glass two weeks later, and all our neighbours came out to see, and began looking through his catalogue. John was wonderful to deal with, punctual, and reliable.
