Qsi Windows, Doors & Sunrooms

In two days (!) the QSI workmen replaced 9 windows including a huge five panelled bow window. The professionalism in the work, the consideration to us as owners, and the spotless clean- up was impressive and greatly appreciated. They were also very kind - never loud, crass, rude, but constantly careful to close doors to keep the house warm, kind and generous to my kids, comfortable to talk to. Thank you!

The crew from QSI ( Steve Jason Jeremy Liam) were professional and courteous. They took the time to ensure my home was protected from any dirt or any damage that may occur while completing the work. Crew was efficient and each had their own tasks that they carried out very effectively. I have used QSI in the past and will use their services in the future. Highly recommend this company for the service crews they have and the quality of the products.

Our windows are top line, triple panes. We were told they would not let condensation form into puddles inside. Every day we have to soak up water laying on the sash.
QSI ignores us. They tell us the problem is high humidity inside the house is the problem. They do not check OR advise before installation. My extra cost- $2862.00.

OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE RIGHT FROM THE START WITH DOUG PLUM AND OFFICE STAFF WHO WERE ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THE DOORS ARE FANTASTIC AND THE WINDOWS AS WELL,AND HAVE NOTED LESS HEAT IN THE ROOM THAT THE SUN BEAMS IN ON. THE TEAM WORKED WELL WITH COREY LEADING JAMES H,CHRIS,MIKE AND RICHARD WHO DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE WINDOW TRIM,HIGHLY SKILLED PEOPLE IN WINDOW INSTALLATION WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE WALLS.THEY WERE VERY PARITICULAR WITH THEIR WORK AND THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM WITH ONE WINDOW AND DOOR AND WAS REORDERED AND INSTALLED IN TIMELY FASHION. IT WAS ALSO A NICE TOUCH THAT THE OWNER JOHNNY DROPPED BY TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING. THEY WERE ALL TRUE PROFESSIONALS AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUTCOME AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND QSI TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

QSI has outdone themselves again. We Recently moved to Kitchener and bought a house needing some repairs and upgrades. The priority being new windows and Doors. We called QSI, as they did our windows and doors in Burlington. Trust who you know! From start to finish the experience has been a great one. We could not ask for more, and want to take this opportunity to say Thank you! Some of the best installers in the business, these guys are totally awesome, i honestly can't say enough about them. We ordered a 14 ft wide power operated awning from QSI. We dealt with two of the owners - the Bobiaks and they were extremely helpful and gave us a very good price for a high end awning (these things are not cheap). It takes about 6-8 weeks to have the awning manufactured and installed (They install within a week or so after receiving the awning). It was installed in a timely manner and the crew was great

Have been a previous happy customer of QSI so returned when our patio door needed replacement. As always, our salesman John and his support team were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
What was different this experience was that I was home and had the pleasure of seeing the amazing workmanship, teamwork and mentoring that the installation team exhibited. On removing our old door, water damage was discovered and these talented men replaced old sub floor and hardwood floor adding several unexpected hours to our service call. At several points, checks and rechecks were done to ensure perfection!!! In the end, it was an 8:30-6:00 non-stop job. I was overly impressed!!!!!!

Did windows 7 years ago, good quality products. Had doors done march 2017, same quality products. Don't get down about the prices, you get what you pay for.Their team of workers are very professional and know the business. Dfraser St.catharines Ont.

I recieived my windows back in 2003 (?) and my baywindow was dropped , my wood flooring in the family room was chipped when I told the boss of the project he sent a man with a magic marker. the framing on the frenchdoors leading to the back are rotten and I was told that it can be fixed at a special price of $2000.00, the framework is not exposed but apparently this is my fault, the trim around my kitchen window was not replaced...the window for my bedroom was ordered wrong so a wait time on that as well...
my house is cold and the windows are very cold and you can feel the cold air come through but when the repair people came over I was told they are fine, yet I have had the slider replaced 2-3 times on the window..my backdoor would freeze shut and was told due to moisture getting in.. cannot fix had that looked into a few times,, for what I paid and the service,I could have gotten windows elsewhere for a lot less...I notice only good reviews go on website and most are not from Hamilton...I woud not recommend and even the stop on my back door has to be ordered..oh and the door size hole for the fixtures does not fit standard hardware , even the hinges are rusted and have been for years..
