Imran turned a dusty, worn looking fireplace that hadn't been used since we moved into the house 5 years ago into the room's centerpiece. He was on time, professional, respectful and personable. The "audience" of me and my two children didn't bother him at all. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He showed me how to use the controls and how to lock out the gas if it ever becomes necessary to do so.

His business card says "Quality Work & Service" - this is an understatement, to say the least. You can tell he simply -knows- fireplaces and is passionate about his work.

And he came to our house on Christmas Eve. He wanted us to be able to enjoy the fireplace on Christmas with the family. Now that the fireplace is working and looks fantastic, we certainly will do so.

I only wish that I had taken a before picture to go with the after. This way, the quality of work could be seen instead of taking my word for it.

We have used Imran before and again he came through for us in the busy pre-Christmas season when everyone wants to have a working fireplace. The gas fireplace is the only heat source in our finished basement and when it stopped working I called Imran. I called him Sunday night and he was waiting in his car when I arrived home from work on Tuesday. He remembered the previous work he had done, completed the parts replacement and cleaning and provided an assessment of what we are likely to face with a 16 year old fireplace. We are very fortunate to have Imran as a skilled tradesman that we can count on to meet our needs quickly and professionally.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company, without any reservation! Imran came the same day I called him. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and honest. My fireplace is over 25 years old and the parts are no longer available. Without Imran, the entire fireplace, mantle and all, would have had to have been removed and it would have been a major renovation, mess and cost. Imran was able to fully rebuild the inner workings of the fireplace and even cleaned and painted the interior. It looks like a brand new fireplace - and he did it all in one service call!
