I moved to my new house 20 days ago and it had cockroaches and mice from the previous owners. After I call them and can say we are almost free from the pest.

We had a mice problem, I think that's enough said to make you hire an exterminator. I called Pestend the day after I caught one, and explained my issue. They sent Alex out on the day I requested and he was really great. He knew what he was talking about and knew what he was doing. I have spent a long time (two years) with Pestend trying to solve my attic mice problem. They still exist. The company honored their one year warranty and send their technician (Naseer) back to revisit issue and every time he would use more mice poison patches. But they don't seem to work. Then recently I paid them again to come and analyze ways to prevent new mice to get in the house (claim they made was the case). The new technician suggested a few minor tasks that I took care of immediately. But it seems that their material or methods just don't eliminate the problem. In fact, every time I used the old mouse trap, I would catch one daily. So even though they tried, they didn't get the job done. Isn't that what we are looking for? How much more patience can one have with a company? I have had it. I am currently researching for a real professional company who can handle little mice!

Alex arrived on time and ready to tackle an invisible but very busy wasp nest hidden under a soffit/eavestrough. He explained what he would be doing to treat it with a chemical powder (Drione), and how long it would take to eliminate the wasps. I appreciate that he explained that there is a 3month warranty for the service, and answered all my questions clearly. Here's hoping it will do the trick!

The technician was very polite and told me what he thought the problem was. he also advised i cut the tree branches so that they are 1 foot away from the house. Immediately after he applied the poison in and out of the house, the carpenter ants started dying and accumulating inside in the basement and kitchen area. The problem almost disappeared for a couple of months and I would see one or two here an there but they were moving very slow which indicated that they were poisoned. Then for almost a month i saw none. Lately they have come back and within three months of the first treatment the ants are back especially on the counter top. I have called pest end and they will be coming tomorrow to treat again. I don't know how this will end and who is going to win the battle in the end me or the ants. Moe the technician was good and I am hoping he will have a better strategy this time.

I called to have 3 wasps nests removed from our shed. We received same day service. The technician - Moe - was very courteous and professional. Overall, very impressive service and great value for money.

Service technician ("Naseer Ahmad") was courteous and professional in manner. He exhibited patience in listening to a summary of the problem (which was confined to kitchen area), whereupon he gave a clear explanation of the 2 step process that would be used to chemically eradicate the infestation. He advised that should the problem return, the company's 3 month warranty would provide a second treatment (free of charge). However, Naseer was confident that only one application would be necessary, which has (happily) proven to be the case. I would highly recommend Pestend Inc. to friends and neighbours.
