Hi Marilyn. Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns.
First of all, our technician had performed a thorough inspection at your property. He had used his knowledge and experience in identifying the pest issues at hand, and accordingly provided you the treatment. Normally, when you are hearing noises within the walls of the house, it is due to rodent activity. At present, there are no camera devices available that could be run between the structure’s walls and floors, due to stringers between the walls and floors, to determine exactly what could be lurking within them; unless you take the walls and floors apart. Droppings are also evidence in determining whether there is rodent activity in the house or not; they also help identify exactly what type of rodent activity it is.
In regards to the smell that you experienced at your property; upon hearing your concern, we had immediately responded and sent on our technician to check the premises. Over the years that we have been in business, we have never heard any complaints regarding any mice dying and causing any odour within the house, since the products that we use cause the mice to dehydrate after eating the bait and as a results their bodies shrink up as soon as they die. Even the technician did not smell any foul odour at the property upon reaching. He did a thorough inspection as well and found no dead mice body either. However, just for your peace of mind, as a courtesy, he installed a non chemical natural product at your house, at no cost. That product itself has no smell and it helps in absorbing any foul smell from its surroundings. It is very strange, therefore, that you started to have breathing issues and referred to this earth care product as a chemicals, since it is biodegradable, non toxic, non flammable and safe around children and pets. We feel bad what you have gone thorough but allow us to tell you at the same time, without going in further detail, that nothing wrong has been done by our technician, there is something else that needs to be fixed.
Regards,
Pestend Team
