We had plans for this summer to replace some of the windows in our split-level, walkout basement house, so we accepted the offer for a free estimate, and before long Alexander came by and after a brief inspection proposed a cost-effective solution that fit our needs.

The area that is most affected by the weather is the back of our house facing north. On that side we have three windows: a sliding one in the kitchen and in the master bedroom on the main floor, and a large one in the living room in the basement.

We found the price to be more than competitive and went ahead with the offer. There was one more visit by the installers to take accurate measurements, and then three weeks later they let us know that the windows were ready, so we scheduled an installation appointment, and things went as smoothly as they could possibly go.
