Not only the wealth of knowledge that amazed me, the honesty to recommend the service or not. We need more contractors like that in this country, Indira was truly honest and professional individual.

We needed a mold inspector. Mold.ca was top of list on HomeStars with great ratings. We called and very quickly, Gregg was on site to advise us on our problems. After checking the kitchen which had suffered water damage from a leak, we asked him to check elsewhere and he found that that our home office and tv room in the basement had mold. The insurance company covered the kitchen and contracted the remediation work to its preferred contractor. It did not cover the basement. So we contracted with Gregg to look after the remediation and renovation. We decided that rather than a mere face lift that we would undertake a complete rebuild. It was a great choice. Gregg and Dean and their team did a terrific job. Both Gregg and Dean gave terrific advice. Our room was a typical 1970's basement space. It is now an up-to-date space that reflects current and hopefully future electrical needs and feels like a modern space. I recommend them without hesitation.

Early this year we discovered mould in the basement due to a foundation crack. We contacted Mold.ca (Gregg) who came out to assess the damage and provide an estimate for both the mould removal and rebuild. Gregg and his team were knowledgeable about what was needed to correct the situation and seemed very professional and friendly so we hired Mold.ca. The work was done extremely well (both the mould removal and rebuild) with a high level of attention to detail. We even had a kitchen area in the basement tiled by them (Davis) while they were here. The area left clean after completion and we are very happy with the work that was done. They were, without a doubt, the most pleasant people to deal with and, besides Gregg, I must point out that Davis, who was the lead in our project, and Dean were a total joy to work with. They made a stressful situation a little less stressful. I would hire Mold.ca again in a heartbeat!

After getting a quote of $21,000 from my Insurance company recommended contractor I contacted Mold.ca. From my first call, to the office I could tell this was going to be a different experience. I was able to have someone come to the house two days later and get a quote same day. The other company took more than a week to provide their quote and that’s after me following up every day. They painted the walls with mold-resistant paint, and I got good information about how to avoid ever having a recurrence of mold. In addition, they didn’t only attend to the details of the work as scoped out; they also provided advice on other areas, and made one or two quick fixes on the spot at no charge. They made me feel comfortable about contacting them in the future for other reconstruction/ handyman services I might need.

The company was extremely communicative, thorough, and their experience and recommendations (based on solid facts) put me and my family at ease. I would highly recommend.
