Gregg and his team run a fantastic organization, and I would like to thank them for their thorough and professional services! From the moment I called them, to their first visit for consultation, they were kind, professional, punctual, organized, and thorough. They take pride in their work, and were also incredibly helpful in explaining their assessment, and next steps. These assessments and cleanings/rebuilds can be very stressful for a homeowner, and to have a team that communicates well, books and delivers their services on time, has an efficient and pleasant team who work well with others and clean up the site post completion was absolutely fantastic! Gregg and his full team including Indira, Dean, Mark etc. were reassuring from the first step through to the last, and I will call them again anytime I need their vast array of offered services!

I have never had a better customer service experience than I have working with this fantastic company. From the first minute, I could tell they were trying to help me rather than take advantage of a horrific situation. I met Gregg first who assessed my mold issue. We hit it off as he's very personable. He gave me the avenues we could take to deal with the problem and tried to help me take care of it myself first. He went to his truck and gave me a bunch of supplies free! I did eventually opt to do a full deep cleaning. This is when I met the wonderful Indira. Let me tell you.. she's a special one! What she put up with during this whole crazy ordeal is truly unbelievable. Sure, she was there to answer every single question I had. That was the easy part. She also put up with my verbally abusive tenant and his girlfriend who called constantly, yelling and accusing Indira almost daily. She could have easily treated me differently but she was so empathetic, knowing what I had to deal with unjustly. I was so embarrassed and ashamed that she was dragged into this mess. She never made me feel bad and always laughed at my awkwardly delivered "jokes".
Gregg helped me coordinate the cleaning with his team and it went flawless. One day of excellent work. It went so smoothly!! He was always available to chat the same day I had any questions or concerns - calling me from his truck between jobs. I honestly felt like the company was made just for me. Like I was the only client that mattered any time I chatted with them.
This job was a huge stressful one for myself and I doubt any other company would have made me feel like a friend rather than just another invoice.

Excellent workmanship, timely service, wonderful crew of men. We initially contacted Gregg because of water damage in the basement. We were so impressed with the initial work that we continued with a renovation of our entire basement. We couldn't be happier with the result. Professional work with integrity it really doesn't get better than this.

Bill visited with all the tools needed for the inspection. He had masks and booties available to enter the house. He explained what he was doing and explained the results. He was courteous and very professional. His work help me to make the decision on the next step.

Alan and Jules are great guys. They are on the ball once you accept their terms and very easy to work with.

Both went out of their way to do extra work as well which was not part of the job and really appreciated it.

Greg, Mark, and the rest of the team did an excellent job in a timely manner. Our cold room looks great with just a few spots where the mold stained the concrete which they assured us would not be an issue. Greg also provided us with detailed steps on how to paint and care for the room to ensure the mold does not come back. Very pleased with how it all turned out.

Our experience with Mold.ca was excellent from start to finish. Our initial call was promptly taken and a service call at our home with Greg was set up for the next day for a situation evaluation of our basement, a proposed action plan and an on the spot service quote. This is exactly what you need when you have a mold outbreak. Remediation began within a few days with a certified team who discretely and professionally contained the area, safely removed the mold and tirelessly looked for the root cause of the water intrusion. We were out of country so all daily communication with Greg and his team was handled remotely, with strong detailed progress updates and pictures. Within a few days the remediation was completed by Mark and team, the root cause confirmed and a temporary fix put in place. Our basement environment was left spotless and tidy. Mold.ca took a very stressful situation, made it as manageable as possible and within less than a week we knew what action we needed to take to ensure we never have a mold situation again. We would highly recommend Mold.ca!

Glenn was very professional and informative about the process from the initial inspection to the mold remediation. Crew showed up on time. The crew was pleasant and provided explanations throughout the day-long remediation process and worked steadily through the day to get it done. No extra charges above contract price and I would recommend this company to anyone.
