I needed my spring and cables changed. Service was very professional and quick to visit schedule and complete the job. I would definitely call them again.

So I am a couple of years late with this review but on the other hand I can say that the new garage door , opener and sensors are all still working perfectly. This was very efficient, neat and quick installation done professionally.

Nathan was prompt and did a good job! The old setup didn't have enough room for a garage door opener, so Nathan had to get extra parts and fix it. This costed more, but we had no way around it.

Overall, pleased with the service and I would recommend the company.

Prompt responses to my request for a quote and kept within the promised appointment window. Tech Nathan was efficient, working on both garage door openers at the same, install was done in about a couple of hours for both. He answered all our questions, and explained all the features that came with it.

We had a spring break. 4 days later Easy Flip was on scene to repair. The performed additional complimentary tune ups. I'm a happy customer with a working garage door again :)

They contacted me promptly and installed the garage door opener per scheduled appointment. The person who came to install the opener educated me on how to use the controls etc. very happy with their prompt service.

Nathan was very professional, pleasant, and courteous. He arrived on time and did a fabulous job on the installation. He reconnected my old garage door opener as planned. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others who need work done. I also appreciate their honesty and upfront price breakdown so I know the cost for parts and the cost of labour. Lucky for me, the door I wanted was in stock and they were able to do the install a few days after the quote.

Had a collision with my door and it crumpled completely. I called easy flip and they were prompt with a quote and had someone over to take measurements. Their quote was very competitive for an insulated door that is 12’ x 7’ . The best thing about it is that covid has delayed everything by 8-10 weeks and while I was understanding I expressed that my job wasn’t a vanity project and more of a repair as my garage was now exposed and vulnerable to problems. They worked with me and called around and found my exact door but in a different colour which I gladly accepted and got it installed within 1 week. Incredible!

From start to finish, the team at easy flip garage doors made the process hassle free. Easy to understand options for different insulation levels, door designs, as well as different options for door openers depending on what I was looking for.
