Stone Landscape and Pools

I contacted four landscapers through Homestars. Two never responded; one got back to me but couldn't do the work for weeks. John's responded quickly, popped by to survey the job (without me even knowing!) and was able to schedule it within the week. Two men came by and worked for three or four hours on the bed. It was too tough for a tiller, so in the end they used an industrial aerator to loosen the dirt/roots, then raked it out. They did a great job, were very careful of the surrounding garden decorations, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The job came in right on estimate, despite it being harder than they thought.

Jovian and his crew at Stone Landscaping did a fantastic job on the flagstone installation on my porch. The job was quick (about 3 days), the price was fair, and their professionalism and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. They were honest, friendly, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would absolutely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with this company. Jovian and his team were very professional. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. In fact, when something minor needed to be redone (the polysand had washed out between a few stones) Jovian said he would come back in the spring and refill it, as it was late Fall when we had the work done. True to his word and without prompting, he came back and fixed the problem and made a suggestion to prevent the problem from happening again. We would highly recommend this company.

Found out about Stone Landscaping via Homestars and called Jovian after seeing so many positive reviews. When we met, was impressed with his homesty and frankness and his ability to meet our budget.
Jovian and his team, Sean and Pat were all extremely professional, polite, tidy and a pleasure to have around our home.
The end result of their hard work is a beautiful path around our house, an exceptional front entry with beautiful stone steps that everyone who walks by comments on. It has added value to our home and is beyond what we expected. Several neighbours liked the work so much, they also asked Jovian to take a look at their properties. The job was not without its challenges as we had some unique house elements that Jovian gave thoughtful consideration too and devised clever soloutions. we could not be happier with the end result.

We decided to update our front and backyard patio late last year. Jovian and his team were simply fantastic, they were essentially part of the family at the end of the job. Throughout the project I was always kept informed of what was done and what was being planned in the coming days. As expected in any job, plans change and Jovian always had great suggestions on what made the most sense both from a design and cost perspective. I was completely impressed with their dedication and service and highly recommend them. Their prices are fair and the service is great!

I sent out a request for service for HomeStars to Stone Landscaping on Sunday afternoon and by Sunday evening, Jovian responded back, which just started the project off very well.

The project continued at the same professionalism and attitude throughout which was OUTSTANDING.

Jovian provided great ideas and provided accurate estimates as well, also through the project a few changes were needed which were accommodated without significant issue. The team was very courteous and professional throughout, cleaning up the project as it went along.

We had stone patio built in our backyard and had the side of our house done with a stone path. The work was beautifully done and surpassed our expectations. We also had a raised stone garden built which is amazing! We would recommend 110%. The guys are professional, caring and cleaned up everything very nicely.

We had a small patio in our backyard, but wanted to build something that gave us much more space to entertain, with some shade and a natural gas firepit. Jovian was easy to work with and and answered all of our questions promptly. He understood what we wanted, recommended the right solutions and his team did an amazing job executing.

Now we've got a huge patio and huge pergola, ready to entertain for the summer!
