Modern Konstruction

I would like to thank Matt for the job well done on renovating my upstairs bathroom. When I bought my home I have decided to combine the upstairs laundry room and small bathroom to make a larger bathroom. Modern Konstruction was there to demolish the walls and recreate the new bathroom. Matt‘s attention to the specifics of the bathroom construction and quality of work was remarkable. Matt not only is knowledgeable in his trade but showed great care to thoroughly explain the project, and often suggested several options to make the bathroom more efficient. Matt showed diligence and dedication to finishing the work on time, resulting in a job well done. I would definitely use Modern Konstruction in future renovations and recommend him to others

We hired Matt in December 2010 to help us fix multiple holes in our ceilings from potlight additions/removal. Almost every room in the house needed patching. Most companies don't want to take on the smaller jobs, but Matt was happy to help. Matt was very courteous, stuck to his quote, was punctual, and took his time making sure the job was done right. We will hire him again for future projects.

I can't say enough about the job Matt performed. Due to removal of a wall, I was in need of a drywall professional who could return the walls and ceiling back to "new". Matt was highly professional in all phases of the work he perfomed, and did indeed make everything look new again. He has a great work ethic, is courteous, and took the time, and a great deal of care, to deliver excellent results. I am highly satisfied and would recommend very highly.

My upstairs neighbor's plumbing leaked and ruined my bathroom ceiling. I called four of the contractors rated tops by HomeStars, but none of them is interested in so small a job.

One of them recommended Matt, however, and after a few weeks, we had Matt here for two days. He ripped out the old ceiling, installed new sheetrock, plastered and painted.

Matt did very nice work at a reasonable price, with much attention to small details. I highly recommend him.
