We love our front door and feel it has changed the entire appearance of our house. We feel we got a very good price for a quality door. The installer was very courteous and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend Northern Comfort!

Greg Flowers (the sales rep) was very polite, professional and knoweldgeable about his company's product and the products of his competitiors. Rob and the rest of the installation team were effiicient, left virtually no mess when they finished and they demonstrated the product fully. The exterior was immaculate and caulking was neat and colour matched perfectly. We are thrilled with our new windows and would recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to anyone.

Very professional and clean workmanship from Gord, who came down to take measurements to Al who did a fantastic job with the installation. We were a bit worried about how the install would go given that our house has been retro-fitted with stucco. No need to worry. Very competent and professional.

Peter arrived with a smile, along with great knowledge of the product. I never felt that I needed to get the "more expensive doors". Peter mentioned the one's I had picked, stand up very well and I would be happy. The day of the install was perfect. The 2 guys were very friendly, & did a FANTASTIC CLEAN UP. We were thrilled! We had a front door with sidelight installed, Barry came to the house to give us a quote and was very helpful with helping us choose the colour and glass. It was installed in the timeframe Barry had told us it would be. The installers were very good and clean with their work, it has made such a difference to our house. We did have a little problem with the seal, but they came back and fixed it within 10 minutes.
We are very pleased with the work, quality and look of the door, and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Their quote for windows was very competitive.
Their salesperson knew his stuff, answered all our questions and informed us of some sales and added features that we were able to make use of.
We booked an install date, and they showed up when they said they would (very important customer service!).
The installers were there all day, but did an excellent job, and did not hesitate to ask if they had a question.

We purchased our patio doors at our local home show where Northern Comfort Windows and Doors had a booth. We spoke with Rick the sales person on hand and received information regarding the product. When we got home shortly after and my husband and I decided that we would go ahead with the purchase. Rick had come over after the home show which we very much appreciated. After installation of the door we had one problem with the locking device and was worried that I would not get them to come back up and fix the problem. I was mistaken and the problem was resolved and the experience was very comforting and would recommend this company to anyone.

Service and workmanship delivered as promised from first contact with Barry Bingley, to Gord, who visited to check the measurements and the two installers who performed their work in a courteous and professional manner. The property was cleaned up to our satisfaction once they left. Overall, the process was a very pleasant experience for us, and we would not hesitate to call them again in future and also recommend then to neighbours and friends.

This is the second time that we had Northern do a install for us. We were very impressed with the job from start to finish it was done very professonal on completion of the job the clean up was very good. At all times we were treated like friend not just customers. Thank You

Barry Bingley was very helpful in choosing the right product, Crew was awesome friendly and professional. They were very clean when working in my home and made sure it was all cleaned up before they left. Barry came by after the work was complete to make sure everything was to our liking.
