I ordered all new windows/doors for my home JUNE 12/17 and as of today, DEC 12/17 the job is not completed, that is 6 months. The lack of pride in workmanship, the lack of communication and the lack of follow up is unacceptable. Only twice has this company taken the initiative to contact me directly; 1) to change my first installation date which was already beyond the anticipated install date and 2) to collect the balance owing even thought the job was not complete. I have had to arrange for their service department to come out to fix the lock on the door and reorder new glass due to manufacturing defect. I have had several representatives come from Northern Comfort to repair work that was done by the previous crew and they too could not believe the poor workmanship done.
Last Wednesday I emailed the GM, Sales Manage and my sales rep and I still to date have had no response.
