Customer service and warranty work
I would like to say that in the past your repair guys were not up to par and most were not personable. However, we have had some repair/warranty work done by Ernie. We will not be using anyone else. This man knows his stuff about everything that Northern Comfort sells. He is extremely polite and does work that exceeds our standards. In all cases he did the job better than the installers. He is definitely a HUGE asset to your company and literally made everything we needed better.
