Target Cleaning Services

My experience with target started when I called Ray, very helpful and professional. He send his operation manager to come by to have a look and pick up the keys, as working family its highly important to trust our key holder. On the cleaning day after returning home from a long working day, I was amazed, my house was thoroughly cleaned, my kitchen looks amazing the boys washrooms like new. Haven them cleaned my house since xmas I couldn't find a fault or draw back of the quality.

Initially hired them to do a move in cleaning. House looked great until I really started checking (above fridge, on top of cabinets etc. not cleaned at all). Ray was very apologetic and offered a free home cleaning. I hired them to come every other week, and in 2 weeks had 2 problems. 1) Rather than picking up and moving something off a table they slid it over, scratching the surface. It was a brand new table, so I'm sure it wasn't there beforehand. 2) We came home to a soaked carpet and leather coffee table. The vase of flowers was mysteriously empty on the coffee table. They "swear on their children" it wasn't them. Given they were the only people in the house that day, it must have been a ghost that spilled the vase. Mistakes happen, but at least hang the rug to dry, instead of trying to cover it up and leave it sitting on the floors, which could rot. All cleaners make mistakes, but when you try to cover up the problem instead of fixing it, I no longer trust you to be alone in my home. You are paying a premium to have this company clean your home, but are getting no more than if you hired an amateur and paid $10/hr. Overall they do a decent job, but nothing that the average house cleaner can't do. I don't think the job they do justifies their cost. At $10-$15hr go with them, but they aren't worth their "premium price".

I have my residential home cleaned bi-weekly and the final results are wonderful. It is a pleasure to come home to a clean, freshly scented home. And the floors....they are gleaming. I highly recommend them.

The team arrived on time but Vian their supervisor arrived without a ladder. She returned an hour later just to drop it off. I thought it was her responsibility to supervise the team but I guess not. We had Gladys and Ahlam clean our new home and it seemed like they did an excellent job, so I paid the $400. However, I checked later and some of the top kitchen cabinets were not cleaned and the walls were never wiped even though I had insisted on this several times. Vian said they would return to clean the large window and chandelier but I am still waiting. After following up with Ray their manager, he send me a phony Auto-reply stating that the company had closed down but it never did. Be careful with this company and check their work thoroughly before they leave.

They are excellent in what they do, Ray the operation manager always txt me a day ahead of the cleaning schedule to remind me of what time the cleaning ladies should be in,
they are above and beyond in all the fine details, no rush or skipping, they take their time to finish off regardless how messy our house, the girls uses top of the line cleaning products. i did recommend the service to my sister in law, and she is extremely happy as well.

i phoned Target based on the homestars reviews, Ray, was very professional and polite, took lots of information and advised on what type of cleaning package they can do.

the cleaning ladies & the operation manager ( Vian ) came in on time ( 10am sharp ). they did AMAZING! work, very professional service, the house is spotless!. I am very sensitive to chemicals, but was pleasantly surprised to know that the ladies did use Greenworks products.

Ray called in the next day to ask if we were still happy, we took Target on bi weekly basis and we never been disappointed.

I hired Target Team to to do a complete spring/summer cleaning in my home. they did a good job,
very good communication and very clear about what they were going to do and what should i expect,they were very professional
they seemed to be honest, and they were very nice. i'll be using them again in the future

I hired Target based on the reviews to clean my new condo before I moved in.
The place wasn't dirty to start with and had no furniture. Because someone lived there before I bought it I wanted to be sure it's thoroughly cleaned. Well, two month later I discovered that nothing was cleaned in hard reached areas, i.e. behind kitchen appliances and on top of kitchen cabinets. Under rim of toilet bowl and closet's racks wasn't clean either that I ended up cleaning it myself the next day. Perhaps they would've do a better job if I hadn't left them alone. For $300 plus tip I feel it was a rip off.

Really great service - I would hire them again. They where on time and the gents where really helpful, fast, friendly and cleaaned up after themselves. Try them out when you need this service

bi weeklyi hired target to do initial move in cleaning, Anna & Glades very pleasant and polite,  I was surprised at how clean my house was, so i decide to hire the ladies on bi weekly cleaning service. We are very impressed, every other Wednesday we come home from work and we get a spotless house, their attention to details is amazing, they even dust and wipe the light fixtures and Pictures and the soap tray!
